It’s Here! The Successful Speaker Webinar teaches you to share your lived experience, make an impact and profit without the burnout

Calling all storytellers, advocates, survivors, educators and change makers… this free webinar is for the people who have a transformative message to share with the world. Join award-winning speaker Marlee Liss in this 30-minute session where you’ll learn 5 keys to building your speaking business.

You know you have a message that matters - but building a speaking practice shouldn’t require burnout, self-sacrifice, or giving your story away for free.

This free, 30 minute webinar offers a grounded, trauma-informed conversation about what it actually takes to build an authentic, ethical, and profitable speaking practice - one that supports your life instead of draining it.

Through practical teaching, reflection, and lived experience, Marlee Liss shares five keys that helped her move from unpaid and underpaid talks to a thriving full-time speaking career rooted in integrity, sustainability, and joy. You’ll learn about prospecting and pitching strategies, pricing & standard keynote rates, reframing guilt around charging, how to honour your boundaries as a speaker and more.

This webinar is for storytellers, survivors, educators, advocates, and leaders who care deeply about making an impact - and are ready to be valued, seen and compensated for their work and message. You’ll leave feeling more confident, clear and resourced to take your next step - whether that’s refining your message, pitching your first (or next) talk, or finally building a speaking practice on your own terms.

By the End of this Webinar, You Will:

  1. Clarify your speaking vision
Get clear on the feelings, outcomes, and impact you want your speaking to create - for your audience and for your own life.

  2. Shift your relationship to money and worth

  4. Create a strategy around WHO to pitch

  5. Explore trauma-informed speaking practices for longevity
